• Your parcel will be dispatched within 2 - 3 working days from the date your order was placed.
• Depending on the delivery location and pin code, your order will be delivered in 7-8 working days after dispatch. For express shipping orders, orders will be delivered within 3-4 working days after dispatch.
• Express shipping is available for an additional charge, with rates depending on the weight of your order. Please contact us for more information.
• Free shipping is applicable on all domestic orders above INR 4,000/-
• A shipping fee is applicable on orders under INR 4,000/-.
• In case any prepaid order is lost in transit, the full amount will be refunded.
• Our courier partner will contact you before delivering the product. In case you are not at the delivery address, three attempts will be made to deliver the parcel. Failing to receive or attend to the calls will result in your order being returned to our studio.
